He later transitioned to a professional role as Regional  Director for International Recruitment at a leading Malaysian university, where he successfully managed student recruitment across 15 Asian countries for seven years. His dual experience as a student and employee in Malaysia gives him unique insights into the needs and aspirations of international students.
